Cap began in Brooklyn in 1973. Today, our Staten Island base supports commercial construction, facility services, and residential remodeling across New York and New Jersey, commercial coverage from Connecticut to Virginia, a St. Petersburg, Florida location serving the Tampa Bay area, and select projects beyond our core service area.
Our approach stays hands-on: understand the scope, coordinate the work, communicate clearly, and pay attention to the details that matter.
